MY HISTORY
Winter has been passed around a lot in her life. She is currently on her 3rd home to our knowledge. Winter is currently living out of the area and is waiting for a foster placement so that she can come into our care. We would welcome homes who may be willing to foster with a view to adopt on a trial period basis. Due to location, we are unable to facilitate meet and greets so any potential applicant must be willing to allow the rescue to bring Winter straight to their home and bypass a meet and greet. Full support will be provided by the rescue. Homes must be within an hours drive of Bourenemouth to enable the rescue to support.

Hi, I’m Winter!
I’m looking for a home with a passion for bull breeds!
I am a larger girl and would love to find an experienced home. I have been passed around a lot and haven’t been given the best chances for success, so I am looking to find my forever home as soon as possible please!
I love to be with my people, I am quite needy and like to be in the centre of attention! I do struggle being left, due to having to much change and upheaval in my life. I would love to find a home who is initally home a lot of the time but can work on building up to me being left – I understand that my humans have things they need to be doing too!
I can be quite boisterious and exciteable when meeting new people, I can’t help myself!
I travel well in the car.
I really enjoy my food and treats.

HEALTH
I am in good general health. I am not on any medication. I will have a health check when I arrive into the care of the rescue.
MY TEMPERAMENT WITH OTHER DOGS
I have not been socialised with other dogs and I will bark towards dogs I see in the distance.
I am strong on the lead.
MY IDEAL FAMILY
I would love an experierenced dog owner who can follow guidelines set by the rescue to help with my lead walking, dog reactivity and seperation anxiety. Full support provided by the rescue 24/7.
I will be looking for a home who can give me sufficient physical exercise and mental draining to help me on my journey to becoming a balanced dog.

Do you have a home for Winter?
We are looking for foster families and adoptive families.
We do ask foster homes to be within an hour’s drive of Bournemouth foster homes will be expected to drive back to our vets in Bournemouth and to meet with prospective new homes.
We rehome to adoptive families within a 2 hour driving radius of Bournemouth. (maximum 2hrs, 30 minutes for the perfect applicant willing to travel) Please DO NOT ask if we make exceptions further and look at other rescues covering your area if we do not.
A home check and a vet check is required, with a £275 adoption fee (or £425 for puppy adoption under 1 year), which contributes partially to kennel fees, vaccinations, microchipping, spay/neutering, flea/worming treatment and other veterinary costs. This adoption fee will contribute to the care of all our dogs.
We have a thorough rehoming programme to prepare you and your dog for each other. We also offer help and support for you both in the future. Learn about responsible ownership or contact us if you have any questions.

Please note: We only rehome within a 2.5 hour driving radius of the Bournemouth area and do not place dogs in homes with children under the age of 6.
