Tipper’s Story
Tipper was seized from a property after the council were made aware that he was living in a locked room with no food or water. He was emaciated when he was found. Staffie and Stray Rescue were able to offer him a placement at our emergency boarding kennels. Tipper then found a brief foster before finding his forever home! He’s a real cuddle bug!
