I am looking for… A very foster or forever home
Teddy & Luna sadly ended up in the pound after their owner passed away. They have been well loved dogs and are devastated to have ended up in kennels, unfortunately we have no history on the pair.
*Please see Luna’s profile for more information*
Teddy has arrived in from the pound with his mum Luna, and is currently in our emergency kennels.
Teddy is currently a little overweight and weigh in at 40kg+ at the moment, so will require a home that can work on this with him.
Teddy is a large bouncy boy, but can also be very laid back. He is a sensitive boy and loves to be around people and would like to be in a home where he can spend lots of time with them!
Teddy is strong on the lead. He will ignore other non reactive dogs when out on a walk, but should always be kept on a lead around other dogs. At kennels, we are working on his socialisation with other dogs.
Teddy loves affection and will be looking for someone who is around most of the time, who is also willing to continue his training with him.
Although Ted arrived alongside Luna (see on website), the stress of kennels does mean they are not getting on and will be rehomed separately.

Help us find Teddy a home!
Do you have a home for Teddy?
We are looking for foster families and adoptive families. We do ask foster homes to be within an hour’s drive of Bournemouth as the dogs in foster use our local vets and foster homes will be required to bring the foster dog back to us for any medical treatments.
We rehome to adoptive families within a 2 hour driving radius of Bournemouth. A home check and a vet check is required, with a £180 adoption fee.
We have a thorough rehoming programme to prepare you and your dog for each other. We also offer help and support for you both in the future. Learn about responsible ownership or contact us if you have any questions.
If you are considering fostering or permanently rehoming a dog, then please print off and complete one of the forms below:
Please note: We only rehome within a 2 hour driving radius of the Bournemouth area and do not place dogs in homes with children under the age of 6.
