I am looking for… A foster or forever home

Sophie is currently living in a home where she is very loved. Sadly, due to unforeseen circumstances, she is looking urgently for a foster or forever home.

Hi, I’m Sophie! I love to meet new people but may jump up a little too much initially because I get quite excited! Once I have calmed down, I am generally just happy snoozing away on my bed during the day!

I am described as being very kind natured. I’m an all round good girl!

I haven’t lived with children before, I am good with all people but due to my inital bouncy behaviour, I would be best placed with older children who are used to dogs.

I am happy to be left for reasonable periods of time with no issues.

I do have some allergies and I am currently on Hills Z/D diet which works best for me! The odd bit of cheese or meat I am fine with! I also love cooked carrots (Must be cooked!)

During the summer, I do get skin flare ups. I have found that a 4-6 week course of Cytapoint does help me.

I am trained to ring a bell when I want to go outside!

I travel well in the car.

I am used to going to pubs and cafes if you are looking for a dog you can take anywhere! I’m great on the lead, I prefer to plod and sniff everything. I don’t have any recall though and I am used to being kept on lead at all times unless a private and secure area.

I’m a really cuddly, loving girl, I would love for someone to offer me a foster or forever home! Please reach out!

I am social and friendly with other dogs

I am looking for:

  • A foster or forever home
  • A pet free home
  • I can live with kids 12+
