Roxy’s Story

Roxy is looking for a new home. She will be 9 on June 1st. She is a very very small Staffie. She’s fully toilet trained, fantastic with kids, she is really gentle and affectionate. She gets on with other dogs but not cats. Roxy is looking for a home where someone is around a lot of the time as she gets separation anxiety when left for too long, due to the anxiety she has caused some damage to door frames and other places in the house, new owners must be aware and prepared for this.

She really is a fantastic girl and she would benefit someone who doesn’t work such long hours or another doggy companion, she loves to cuddle up and enjoys soft and cuddly toys.

Likes – Cuddles, Children, chasing Tennis balls, meeting new people, other dogs, treats! Roxy even loves going to the vets, so she can soak up all the attention!

Dislikes – Fireworks, being left alone for long periods of time, cats!

Roxy travels OK in the car, but she isn’t used to being in cars much so she can be a little anxious.

Despite being an older girl, she is a puppy at heart and would love to find a foster home or forever home very soon!

Please contact the rescue if you are interested.

Home checks, Vet checks and Adoption fees apply.
