Layla came to Staffie and Stray Rescue as an unwanted dog in the pound, so we know very little is known about her and her history. It is clear that she has been used for breeding.
She was extremely quiet and subdued when she first arrived at the pound but she is starting to come out of her shell. Layla has probably had no experience of a normal life in a loving home environment!
Layla is a little bit nuts and a bit of a fruitcake! But she is very sweet natured. She enjoys bursts of excitement followed by snoozing. New owners should be prepared to put in some extra training with her.
Layla does have a high prey drive and enjoys being your “look out” for any birds flying around your home! Layla has quite a comical character and will have you laughing, never a full moment!
Layla would benefit with training as she doesn’t have many manners and she can get very excited.
TYPE OF HOME NEEDED
Layla needs to be the only pet in the home and would prefer to live in a quiet home with older adults.
Please contact the rescue if you are interested via email email@example.com
Home checks, Vet checks and Adoption fees apply.
