I am looking for… A forever home
Junior has come from a loving home but due to unforseen circumstances he is looking for a forever home through SSR. He has been in the same home since he was a puppy. He has been with us and looking for a new home since August 2021!
Junior is a really friendly and lovable boy! He can be a little boisterous at times as he gets so excited when meeting people. He loves the attention and getting lots of cuddles.
Junior has a favourite ball and will only play fetch with that particular ball!
He loves cuddles on sofa and knows basic manners such as sit, lie down, off and go to bed.
Junior has lived with children before and can be rehomed to a family where children are over the age of 6 years. He would also prefer a home where someone is around most of the time.
Junior is a really food orientated but takes treats gently. He is currently used to eating a mix of wet and dry food twice a day.
He travels ok in the car but hasn’t been in the car much except for short trips.
Junior has no known anxieties in the home and is fine is loud noises such as fireworks and he has no issues going to the vets.
MY TEMPERAMENT WITH OTHER DOGS
Junior is anxious when out on walks and will react to other animals. He must be kept on lead at all times and is also muzzled. Junior has been attending a private and secure field locally that is hired so that he can run and play off lead where no other dogs are around. Junior will be looking for a home who is physically able to cope with his strength on lead.
