Jaxx Needs a Home

About Jaxx

My Name is… Jaxx

I am… 11 Years old

I am… Male

I am… Staffie x Collie

I love… Meeting new people and getting lots of fuss and attention!

Can I be rehomed with dogs? No

Can I be rehomed with cats? No

Can I be rehomed with children? Over 12 years

I am looking for… A forever home

Jaxx has come from a loving family home but sadly due to unforeseen circumstances he is looking for a new home.

Jaxx is an older gentleman but is full of life and love! He particularly loves his walks but also enjoys a sofa day with lots of snuggles.

He is quite a character in the home and makes wonderful company. He also likes to soak up all the attention!

Jaxx loves lying under blankets as it makes him feel safe. He is scared of noises such as strong winds and often needs reassuring that everything is OK.

He is house trained and will bark to go out if he needs the toilet.

Jaxx walks well on the lead and has good recall, but can only be let off lead when no other dogs are about. He loves playing with a tennis ball.  He also loves swimming in the sea and having a bath. Jaxx is also a sun worshipper and loves to sunbathe in the garden when the sun is shining.

He is an excellent watch dog and will let you know if he hears any noises, big or small!

He can be left for short, reasonable periods of time and enjoys a kong to keep him entertained.

Jaxx would suit most types of home as he enjoys both an active lifestyle and a quieter one.  He hasn’t ever lived with children before, so older children are preferred, as he is used to getting all the attention. We are also looking for a pet free home for Jaxx.

Please contact the rescue if you are interested in adopting Jaxx.

Home checks, Vet checks & Adoption fees apply.
