My Name is… Elkie
I am… Approximately 6+ Years
Can I be rehomed with dogs? No
Can I be rehomed with cats? No
Can I be rehomed with children? Aged 12+
I am looking for… A forever home
Elkie was found tied up all alone. She went to the pound but since becoming unclaimed, SSR offered her a placement. She is now in one of our loving foster homes and awaiting a forever home.
Elkie is a Staffie Cross. She was not microchipped when she arrived but we estimate that she is a more mature dog aged 6+.
Elkie has sadly come in with lots of scabs and scars on her nose.
Elkie has now seen our vet as she walks with a disability. The vets have assured us that she is not in pain but her disability is something that does need to be monitored. Sometimes she can be a bit wobbly on her feet.
Her foster home have said that she is extremely quiet and calm in the home, she is very laid back and lovable, despite having been found tied up and abandoned before arriving with us.
TYPE OF HOME NEEDED
Elkie would suit a quiet and calm family with no other pets in the home.
Please contact the rescue if you can help.
Home checks & Vet checks apply.
