MY HISTORY
Dexter was found as a stray and was left unclaimed. Due to the pounds being so full of unwanted dogs, Dexter was at risk of being put to sleep due to a lack of space. Fortunately, we were able to offer Dexter a foster space!
ABOUT DEXTER
Hi, I am Dexter!
I am a typical young Staffie cross and am very happy, bouncy and excitable!
I am very food orientated and love to eat anything that I am offered!
I have been poorly trained in the past and have tendencies to get a little overwhelmed and over-excited at some points and struggle to calm myself down. Anyone who is interested in me would need to be willing to be very patient and continue sessions with my behaviourist to help me be a little more relaxed.
I walk beautifully on lead, my foster parents have done so well in helping me learn the ways of life!
I am a super loving and affectionate boy who just wants a second chance!
MY TEMPERAMENT WITH OTHER DOGS
I will politely walk past other dogs but would prefer that they don’t get too close.
I AM LOOKING FOR:
- A forever home
- A pet free home
- A home where children are over 12 years as I am a lively and bouncy boy.
